Here are some of the most common things our clients ask us before starting their projects.
Can I hold the price for another season?
We can hold your quote for up to 90 days. Due to price fluctuations, or other challenges, we cannot hold it longer.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have $2,000,000 liability, and are covered under WSIB.
Do you provide any discount?
Yes! We provide a 10% discount to first responders, military personnel, and seniors (70+). Our discount applies to the first $5,000 of your project. We also offer a 10% referral discount, which you can learn more about on our referral page.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. We offer a five year workmanship warranty, and certain product we use offer their own warranties as well. Our pure-oil stain offers up two a three year manufacturers warranty, and the rot protection for fences offers a 20 year warranty.
What are your payment policies?
Our standard payment structure for smaller projects is a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% when the project is fully complete, and you are satisfied. For larger and longer projects this varies,

Will I need a permit?
I only need a small job, can you help me?
While many contractors will turn you down, we are proud to say that no job is too small! Whether that is one fence panel, one fence post, or even a small railing, we are happy to help you out.
